Cassie Quest, DVM
Chief of Staff
Dr. Cassie Quest, Chief of Staff, graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She began her career in small animal practice before discovering her passion for exclusive feline medicine in 2015. To further develop her expertise, Dr. Quest trained under a board-certified feline medicine specialist in Ormond Beach before returning to Central Florida, where she found her professional home at Cat Hospital of Orlando.
Dr. Quest is passionate about providing exceptional, compassionate care for cats and finds feline medicine both intellectually challenging and deeply rewarding. Her professional interests include creating low-stress veterinary experiences, managing critical and emergency cases, caring for spirited ("feisty") feline patients, and performing general surgery and dentistry.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Quest shares her home with five rescue cats Freddy, Frogger, Chugs, Ringo (also known as "Ting Tang"), and Bearclaw as well as her dog, Lily, and her husband, Jason. Living with a diverse feline family has reinforced her appreciation that every cat has a unique personality and individual needs, inspiring her to tailor each patient's veterinary experience accordingly.
In her free time, Dr. Quest enjoys staying active through dance, fitness, yoga, hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors.
